Topped with whipped goat cheese and cherry tomato, these canapé make for the perfect summer snack or appetizer! ⁣

How to make—⁣
🥒 cut the ends off and then use a peeler to create the striped design on your cucumbers. Then use a melon baller to scoop out the seeds (this will make room for extra cheese 😋)⁣. Cut about 1 inch sized slices
⁣
🤍 for the whipped goat cheese whip together fresh chèvre, yogurt, lemon zest, EVOO, fresh herbs, S&P ⁣
⁣
Then use a ziplock bag, fill in your whipped goat cheese, cut off the tip to create your piping bag. Garnish with a piece of cherry tomato, pepper, lemon zest & enjoy!⁣
