Creamy tangy and with a sweet pepper kick, this easy Boursin soup is sure to become your Fall favorite! ⁣⁣

Recipe ⁣⁣
🧡 In a bake safe dish (I come from a long line of pyrexhome lovers) combine olive olive, cherry tomatoes, sweet peppers, a whole garlic, shallots,S&P, garlic and herb boursincheese and extra fresh herbs (add chili flakes for 🔥)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
🧡 Add on a little extra olive oil and then bake at 400 for 20-25 until the tomotoes are oozing. Broil for a few minutes after to give your peppers a nice char⁣⁣
⁣⁣
🧡 Blend all your items together (vitamix is a godsend). I like my soup more hearty in texture- blend to your soup preference⁣⁣

🧡 Enjoy with your favorite side! ⁣⁣

*If storing to enjoy later, the soup may slightly harden in the fridge because of the cheese— just add some water before reheating! ⁣
