〰️Citrus and cheese isn’t the most popular combination since the acidity sometimes doesn’t play well-resulting in a bitter taste. But after a bit of research (cheese nerd alert🤓) the best cheeses I found to pair with citrus are>>chèvre, Brie & alpine cheeses (ie Gruyère, Swiss)⁣

〰️Keep in mind, with citrus there’s different acidic levels—grapefruit is more tart then a cara cara—so pick accordingly to avoid that bitter taste! At the end of the day it’s all about having fun with flavor combos 🧡 #cheesepairing
