Let’s make a cozy Fall fondue 🫕

The cheeses⁣⁣
Fontina (melts well to give you that cheese pull)⁣⁣⁣
Le Gruyere (Swiss cheese so HAVE TO)⁣⁣⁣
Smoked Gouda (an added bold flavor perfect for fall and winter)⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Recipe:⁣⁣⁣
🧡 Grate all you wedges of cheese and mix. **don’t use preshredded- added preservatives won’t let the cheeses melt together ⁣⁣
🤎 Add in a decent amount of corn starch, S&P, nutmeg and fresh garlic. Mix well⁣⁣
💛 Get your acidic drink of choice (I used white wine) and start whisking in the dry fondue ingredients over low heat with your wine to create that smooth melty texture⁣⁣
 **alway keep over heat and mix often to prevent clumps or the cheese will seize! ⁣⁣
🤍 BTS hack: heating over a tea light takes forever 😅 instead Melt over low heat on the stovetop and then transfer to your fondue pot of choice ⁣⁣
🥖🍎🍐🥕 Lastly, add in your dippers of choice (apples and bread are a must) and ENJOY!⁣⁣ 🫕
