Thomas Hoe Aged Red Leicestershire 🔸✨⁣

This buttered cloth-bound cheese is aged 6 month. It has a flaky, slightly sweet, and caramel flavor with a rich crystallized orange color (which was even more stunning during golden hour 🤩) ⁣

Pairings: great with both fresh and pickled produce, topped with stone ground mustard 🍏🥒

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 
Similar to aged Gouda just milder. I was surprised with the creaminess and how versatile it can be with pairings
