You just have to set firm boundaries. 

Don’t leave your vacation days on the table. Negotiate working remotely to live a digital nomad life. Start using your weekends to travel. 🚗 

The possibilities are endless because your work-life balance is based on the boundaries you set. So if taking time to travel lights your soul on fire, let your employer know that!

While a lot of my days are spent at my desk, some are spent working from the car on a road trip. Others are spent at a new coffee shop. I’ve found simply communicating my wants and needs to be key! 🔑
