Minneapolis weekend itinerary 
(how to spend 48 hours in the city) 🏙 

Day 1:
- Hike in Minnehaha Regional Park and see Minnehaha Falls 🥾 
(opens at 6 a.m.)

- Grab breakfast at Rise Bagel Co. 🥯 

- Shop North Loop and the Warehouse District 🛍 

- Head to the Guthrie Theater to see the Amber Box and the Endless Bridge 🌉

- Grab lunch at the Nicollet Diner 🍴 

- Walk Loring Park 👟 

- Explore the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden 🪴 

- Grab ice cream at Sebastian Joe’s🍦 

- End the night with pizza from Pizza Lucé Downtown 🍕 

Day 2:
- Take a morning stroll across the Stone Arch Bridge 🌁 

- Visit the Foshay Museum and Observation Deck 🌆 

- Grab lunch, fresh produce, and listen to live music at the Mill City Farmer’s Market 🍉 

- Visit the stars painted along First Avenue which hosted and launched many famous artists 🎶

- Walk across the street to see the new Prince mural 🖼

- Walk to nearby Union Rooftop to grab dinner and drinks at Minneapolis’ only year-round retractable, glass rooftop 🍹 

- Mall of America is a 15-minute drive from downtown if you’d like to see the largest shopping mall in the country 🛒
