Save & try this all levels friendly flow! 

For my all levels classes I use my power sequence as inspiration while sequencing so I can keep similar elements and familiar poses while cultivating a completely different vibe / energy 

I took my students through this slow and controlled working up slowly to a more breath to movement variation 

It’s a very feel good flow 🌬️
