GARDENER’S SPRITZ 🌸
◦ 1½ oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
◦ ½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
◦ ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
◦ 6 Mint Leaves
◦ Prosecco
◦ Soda Water

METHOD: Shake ingredients except for Prosecco and soda water on ice, and strain into a wine goblet filled with ice. Top with Prosecco and a splash of soda water and garnish with more mint leaves. Enjoy!
