I almost talked myself out of buying this.
For a long time, I thought being a man meant not caring. Not about feelings, not about how you looked, not about any of it. Caring was soft. Soft was weakness. So I built walls and wore them like a uniform.

I spent years tattooing people, helping them put their identity on their skin, while I had no real idea who I was underneath mine.

It took a long time to unlearn that. To realize the part of me that
appreciates quality, beauty, and craft isn’t something to be ashamed of.
It’s the most honest part of me.

If you grew up being handed a version of yourself that never quite fit. you’re not alone. And you’re allowed to put it down.
