KB Home, one of the longtime and most recognized builders in Southern Nevada, has broken ground on their largest project in the last decade: Sandstone.

This massive new community will be located in North Las Vegas, specifically north of the 215 Beltway and North Fifth Street interchange. Here is what we know about this exciting development:

• The project will span over 200 acres of land.
• Plans call for the construction of approximately 1,500 new homes.
• Extensive site work, grading, and road development are already visible.
• KB Home expects to begin building model homes this summer.
• Sales are anticipated to open to the public this fall.

While pricing has not yet been released, this development marks a significant investment in the future growth of the Las Vegas Valley. Despite recent market fluctuations, builders continue to prepare for the 
ongoing influx of people relocating to Southern Nevada.
