Ingredients: 
½ box Barilla Classic Pastina 
Zest of ¼ lemon 
2 cloves garlic, crushed 
½ cup fresh grated parm 
~ 32 oz chicken stock (preferably homemade) 
1 tbsp butter 
Pinch of salt 
Pinch of fresh cracked pepper 

Method:
Toast off pastina 
Add in chicken stock, stirring until absorbed and repeat until pasta is al dente
Add in butter, parm, lemon, salt and pepper 
Mix until combined and creamy 
Top with more parm and pepper 
Enjoy!
