#A1Partner Leftover potato croquette with @a1originalsauce, the perfect bold and tangy sauce to elevate your Thanksgiving leftovers this season! 🦃🥔🥓

Recipe: 
Leftover mashed potatoes 
5-6 pieces of bacon 
1/2 cup flour 
1 egg 
1/2 cup panko 
Flakey salt 

Heat a pan to medium, add bacon 
Before flipping lightly coat the strips with A.1. Sauce
Cook bacon to desired crispiness and set aside 
In 3 containers prep the egg, flour, and panko
Remove mashed potatoes from fridge (best when cold) 
Form potatoes into balls and start by lightly coating in flour
Tap off any excess flour and dip into the egg mixture 
Finally add to the panko mixture and coat well 
Heat oil to 350 degrees 
Add potato croquettes into the oil in small batches 
Cook till golden on all sides
Remove and sprinkle with flakey salt 
Add A.1. to a small dish 
Dip potato croquettes into the A.1. and enjoy!
