TARTER:
1/2 cup mayo 
1/2-1 tablespoon Calabrian chili (chopped)
A half a teaspoon Calabrian chili oil 
2 sweet baby gherkins (minced)
1 teaspoon gherkin juice 
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 
1 teaspoon capers (chopped)
1 teaspoon dill (chopped)
1 small shallot (minced) 
Salt and pepper

BATTER: 
1/2 cup flour 
1 egg (lightly beaten) 
1/2-3/4 cup beer 
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder 
1/2 tablespoon onion powder 
1/2 tablespoon paprika 
1/2 tablespoon seasoned salt 
Pinch pepper 

SANDWICH: 
Potato bun 
Butter lettuce 
5 oz cod filet 

Veg/grape-seed oil for frying 

**fry at 350 degrees fahrenheit, 4 minutes each side (internal temp should be 140-145)
