10 years ago, I got a simple tattoo on my life wrist.

I wanted something that was meaningful, so I got a semicolon tattoo.

It’s the international symbol for suicide survivors.

I share my story because it could help save one person or drive one person to get the help they need.

Each year, I scream my support for namicommunicate and namisoutheastlouisiana because they provide free #mentalhealth services for people who need them the most. People like you and me.

This year, I am raising $2,000 to support NAMI.
