Lymphatic drainage should always be performed at the beginning of a facial, not at the end. The lymphatic system is a low-pressure system, and excessive manipulation later in the treatment can overwhelm or temporarily collapse lymphatic vessels and nodes. When drainage is done first, it prepares clear pathways for fluid movement, reduces congestion, and allows all subsequent techniques to work more effectively. Starting with lymphatic drainage supports healthy circulation, improves visible results, and respects the physiology of the lymphatic system rather than working against it.

Special thanks to my very patient husband, who always steps in as my model whenever I ask.
He was a little hesitant in the beginning, but now he genuinely enjoys it after all, he gets a facial every time 🥰
He’s 59 years old and looks very youthful, and yes… I’m sure the facials have something to do with it ☺️☺️☺️❣️
