Conversation can be a joyful way to support your cognition by introducing yourself, learning about someone else, asking questions, and letting curiosity lead. Healing looks different for everyone, and meaningful social connection can support the healing process. 
Through SOCC and gatherings like this, our community supports identity rebuilding, fosters belonging, and creates space for the emotional side of recovery. ☕
