VIRAL DUMPLING LASAGNA !!!
I finally made the Viral Dumpling Lasagna in partnership with knorr and it is truly one of the best viral trends I have ever tried. #KnorrPartner Layers of wonton wrappers and perfectly seasoned pork that features Knorr Chicken Bouillon - a staple in my pantry! Highly recommend giving this a try! #ad

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground pork
4 scallions, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp Knorr chicken bouillon
1-2 tsp chili crisp, to taste
1 tsp pepper
18-24 wonton or dumpling wrappers
2 tbsp chicken broth (made using water + Knorr Chicken Bouillon!)
Extra soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, chili crisp, scallions and sesame seeds to garnish!
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, scallions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chicken bouillon, chili crisp, and black pepper.
Mix with your hands or a spoon until everything is evenly combined.
Lightly grease a small to medium baking dish with sesame oil.
Quickly dip a wonton wrapper in water and place it in the bottom of the baking dish. Continue adding wrappers (slightly overlapping if needed) until the bottom is fully covered.
Spread a thin, even layer of the pork mixture over the wrappers. Continue layering wonton wrappers (dipped in water) and pork mixture until all the filling is used. Finish with a final layer of wonton wrappers on top.
Prepare chicken broth according to the Knorr Chicken Bouillon packaging, then pour the chicken broth evenly over the top layer. Cover the dish tightly with foil.
Place the filled baking dish inside a larger baking dish. Carefully pour hot water into the larger dish until it reaches about halfway up the sides of the smaller dish.
Bake for 50–55 minutes, until the pork is cooked through and the dumpling layers are tender.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Top with soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, chili crisp, scallions, and sesame seeds before serving & enjoy!
