🔥 Our friend with cannons_bbq made these awesome Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin on the Kettle 🔥

Fired up the Weber kettle tonight and broke in the new Meat Church briquettes for this one. Pork tenderloins went on with a soy sauce binder and a heavy shake of Meat Church Blanco. Cooked indirect until tender, then finished with a hot sear over the coals to build that flavor.

Brushed with Bachan’s BBQ sauce and let it tack up before pulling it off to rest.

Sliced it thin and built the bowl: steamed white rice, juicy teriyaki pork, another drizzle of Bachan’s, toasted sesame seeds, and fresh green onions. Topped it all with a jammy egg because… why not? 🍳🔥

Simple kettle cook, huge flavor.
