Ryan Gosling’s long-awaited ‘Project Hail Mary’ is finally coming out on March 20, and his character, Ryland Grace, is an intelligent science teacher who ends up on a mission to space to hopefully save the world as the sun is dying. While on his mission, he stumbles across another entity, Rocky, who ends up becoming his partner in this science fiction, adventure, drama film.

Ryan speaks with Complex News’ Mami Tiff, and they not only discuss the film but also the original book, written by Andy Weir, and reflect on Ryan’s career. Mami Tiff takes Ryan back to his ‘Mickey Mouse Club’ days to see if he can still sing ‘Cry For U’ by Jodeci. They also discuss his hilarious scene from ‘Crazy, Stupid, Love’ where Jacob Palmer teaches a lesson on New Balances.

And the two also discuss Ryan’s love for the ‘Rocky’ movie franchise and being a fan of Sylvester Stallone.
