May is #NationalMentalHealthAwarenessMonth. It’s important to take the time to check in with ourselves, friends and family. henrymayohosp is hosting a “Stop the Stigma” community event Saturday, May 20th at the Henry Mayo Hospital Campus (23803 McBean Parkway, Valencia) from 10am-2pm.
