The Ice Cream Shop by my house had a fire…. 

It was left with a lot of damage, which means it has to be rebuilt.

Sometimes the structures we rely on have to be destroyed for us to build what’s next. 

I’ve felt the pull to really start building and I know the habits and insecurities I use to protect myself have to be destroyed
