Feeling strong in this season just hits different🤰🏽

I know some of these workout videos might make a few of you nervous, but I promise I’m being mindful and not doing anything reckless. If anything, this season has taught me how to listen to my body more than ever. I know when to push, and when to step back.

It means a lot to me to still be able to move, train safely, and feel strong in this body as it’s changing. 🥰
