Dry, crumbly, and even bland cookies? Cookies that are stale the next day? We can fix that!
Here are the 3 most common problems cookie bakers run into:

❌Problem: Over-baking. Even a minute or two too long in the oven can make them dry, which in turn makes them crumbly and mutes the flavor.
✅Solution: Pull them before they look “done”, when the edges are set but the centers are hovering on underdone, then let them finish baking on the baking sheet as they cool.

❌Problem: Too much flour! Flour is *very* easy to overmeasure, which can leave you with dry, crumbly cookies.
✅ Solution: Weigh your flour (best option!) or stir/fluff it before spooning into your measuring cup and then leveling it.

❌Problem: Your oven is lying to you. Most ovens *don’t* run true to temperature. My first oven ran 25 degrees hotter than it said it did! This leads to over-baked, dry, crumbly cookies because you’re over-baking them without realizing it.
✅ Solution: Use an oven thermometer and keep it in the center rack of your oven (where your cookies bake). Adjust the temp as needed.
