For sophomore biology major, Faith Genzlinger, RSP isn’t just a class—it’s where connection starts 💙 
 
“Right off the bat, it gives you a group of fellow students that you can sit next to in class and wave to on the mall,” says Faith. “When I asked my RSP students to describe RSP in one word, the overwhelming response was ‘community.’” 
 
From prepping for class to connecting with first-year students, Faith is helping build the kind of experience she once stepped into—one rooted in support, mentorship and belonging.
