This top man was my nurses husband who was extremely self conscious from a young age to open his mouth to even speak let alone smile ⛔️

A discussion which we needed from the onset was we needed to:
1) Gain some dental space to move his teeth 
2) That there will with Dental Black Triangles due to the increased overlapping of this teeth 🔼📐

Solutions: 
1) Extraction of 2 teeth which were his premolars to create this space 
2) Discussed altering the shape of the teeth through cosmetic recontouring, composite bonding for closure of these triangles or fabricating minimally invasive veneers 🔺

This Drastic Smile Enhancement not only improved the aesthetics of his small from narrow to widened but his form and function to avoid life-long trauma to his teeth! 

Just by alignment alone he is already improved his dental longevity 🧬

Now to proceed with hygiene, professional home whitening and a combination of composite bonding and ceramic ultra-thin veneers to close the Black Triangles we had prepared for ♾️
