Sakura season is not far away now in Japan, and we couldn’t resist bringing a little bit of that delicate flavour to NOS Bakehouse 🌸

Our Sakura Berries Basque Cheesecake is made with layers of creamy vanilla basque cheesecake, a ribbon of sakura berries jam, and finished with a light sakura berries cream on top.

Soft, delicate, slightly floral and gently sweet — a little cake made for slow afternoons and quiet coffee moments.
