You can work on mobility. There’s a limit. You can work on strength. There’s a limit. You can work on quickness. There’s a limit.

There’s no limit to improving confidence.

We’re not talking about flashy, attention-seeking “confidence” either. 

We’re talking about the kind of confidence that’s earned. Walking into a huddle and not just believing but knowing you’re the guy for the job at hand.

Preparation is what builds that real confidence.

So, if I could go back in time and tell my 12 year old self one thing to work on, it’d be that.
