Whew! #Shyne is calling #Brandy out after she downplayed their past dealings and said things were “platonic.” While speaking with TMZ_tv, the rapper was asked about the singer’s comments and said, “I don’t know what is wrong with her. I spoke from a place of admiration and a place of reminiscing on my experience with her, and I didn’t care to highlight the negatives. It was only positive, and the conclusion of our experience helped me to make a classic album.”

He continued, “But I will say that I never lied to #Oprah. She lied to Oprah about being married and had to go on her show and apologize because she said she did that to protect her image.” If you recall, in 2002, Brandy appeared on ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ and claimed she was pregnant and married to her child’s father, Robert Smith. In a 2014 interview, she expressed remorse for lying, saying, “I’m really sorry for that. Cause I mean, you just don’t lie to Oprah!”
