if I’m being honest, I’ve felt behind this year.

I have not been sticking to ALL the promises I made myself, and my brain LOVES to keep score on that.

what it doesn’t highlight is that I’m also prepping for a move, building a new chapter, handling things I’ve never handled before, and honestly? that is A LOT to be proud of.

I think I’ve been acting like if it’s not all…it’s nothing.

so here’s the new rule: one thing counts.

one task. one win. per day.
