## Caption

May is Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month which is a time to appreciate AAPI culture. At the World Trade Center, you can support local AAPI vendors by trying their delicious and authentic food. Such as Japanese okonomiyaki from the Smorgasburg vendor @oconomi_nyc. 🇯🇵 

This dish is well-known in Japan and has been described as a vegetable pancake. The founder Kazuko Nagao has been sharing this dish at New York street fairs for the last decade. The main ingredients being cabbages, flour, egg, and pork belly can be customized with different customer additions. Come support this AAPI vendor this month. 

@Smorgasburg is on Fulton Street from 11am – 6pm each Friday through October.
