At the World Trade Center, #HispanicHeritageMonth continues with another delicious vendor from smorgasburg. 

Meet Rosie from Lodi, New Jersey; the name behind the delicious and authentic rosiesempanadas. Years ago, Rosie started selling her homemade and delicious empanadas to raise money for her son’s wrestling team. Rosie’s Colombian and Sicilian background  contributes to the different types of delicious empanadas they offer in the area. Now it’s a family business with Rosie, her husband Matthew, or her son Jonathan and his girlfriend manning the booth. They are also very involved in their New Jersey community. 

Come try Rosie’s Empanadas for yourself or any of the other 20+ #WTCSmorgasburg vendors on Fridays from 11am-6pm on Fulton Street.
