The picture on the left was 3 years ago today. I was deeep in my alcoholism. I was drinking all day everyday and also taking benzos along with the alcohol. I was at my bottom. I was living a secret life, lying to everyone and lying to myself. One week after this photo was taken I went to detox and got myself sober again. 

The picture on the right is me at almost 3 years sober. Ny body has changed so much but so has my mind. I am sooo much happier. I am free. I am not a slave to the bottle. I can go wherever I want and be happy and healthy and present. The greatest gift of all is the gift of freedom in sobriety. 

It is NEVER too late to change your life. Recovery is possible.
