We keep things goofy, groovy, funky, silly in this office 🫡🕺…and honestly, all of it is a result of the relationship I have cultivated with myself, my heart, my relationship with HOW I express.

Dancing between calls and sweet talking myself isn’t just me being goofy, it’s me loving on my inner child in one of the ways she craves and desires. It’s me creating space for safety and fun, when that was something she so rarely felt access to growing up.
