The love I have for these humans could make my heart explode 🥹♥️

When I joined jessica.benstock’s somatic and energetic practitioner training, I had a feeling it was going to change my life. I didn’t know exactly how or why—but what started as a soft whisper grew into a full-body knowing: there was something for me here.

I had no idea that joining this container would be one of the most transformative, pivotal and love filled decisions of my entire life.

For years, I have been searching for a community where I felt like I truly belonged. Where my intensity and depth could be met, where my heart could be lovingly held, where my weirdness and goofiness was truly welcome and embraced.

The people I have met inside of this program have become my best best best friends and soul sisters. They have become family. There is a sense of love and depth in this container that is absolutely unmatched. 

This is a family that shows the f*ck up for eachother. In the dark, the messy, the beautiful and everything in between. And they do a damnnnn good job of it (because what you learn in this container is the real deal). 

I am forever grateful for this work that not only has brought me home to myself, but has brought me home to my people in the process.
