When I was in South Africa, I thought of everyday as a new adventure. I got outside and bathed in nature’s beauty every single day…and I have never felt so connected. ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Being outdoors allowed me the clarity that I had been missing for so long. After months of confusion, I finally felt energized and inspired.⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

When I came back from South Africa, my day-to-day schedule changed dramatically. ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Seeing how being outdoors offered me the utmost peace and fulfillment, I promised myself that I would continue to find new adventures every week, no matter where in the world I was. ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Whether it’s running in the woods, swimming in the ocean, or sitting in my own backyard, I devote that time to myself and nature every week because it recharges my soul.
