One of the ways Team Members at DoubleTree M Square create a culture of inclusion is through sign language lessons. Led with the help of Mae, a member of the hotel’s Housekeeping department, these lessons go beyond fostering a sense of belonging - they also open the door to more genuine connections with our guests and each other.
