These are probably my favorite breakfast sandwiches. Super easy to make too! 

Prep your sausage and pancake batter (be sure to add a splash of maple syrup) and you’re ready to go!
 
I tried a different method of cooking the eggs and they turned out awesome. Add your scrambled eggs and fold in the edges to make a square.
 
Easy and delicious.
