Congratulations to everyone who completed the 10th round of my Blood Sugar Reset! 

This community absolutely blows us away. So many different women of all different backgrounds showing up for themselves. Thank you for all of your dedication! 

I never could have imagined being part of such an empowering group of women 21 years ago when I was gritting my teeth through every functional medicine doctor’s appointment that my parents dragged me to. 

I would step out of the appointments and cry on the front porch because I refused to believe nutrition had anything to do with my health issues.

And then when I experienced the personal transformation, I could never unsee the power of using food as medicine. And developed an intense calling to help other women experience the same. 

I feel so honored to lead this community, so grateful for my INCREDIBLE team of functional nutrition experts, and to each and every one of you for showing up for yourselves and each other this week!
