Drill of the Week: Expect the Speed Up ⚡️
 
This will help with:

✅ Anticipation 
✅ Ready position 
✅ Faster reaction time 

Here’s how it’s done:
-Both players start at the kitchen and dink rally straight ahead
-In a live ball rally, one player will be designated to speed up and the other will work to anticipate the speed up every time 
-Once you do this for 5-10 minutes, switch roles with your partner 
-Add this to your weekly practice to be ready for every speed up!
