I experienced so many moments this week that reminded me why I love this game so much. The Fanatics Flag Football Classic was everything we hoped it would be and then some. The excitement on that field made it clear that flag football has arrived at a whole new level.

Congrats to usafootball on a great performance. You represented yourself with heart, competed at the highest level, and earned every bit of that trophy.

This event couldn’t have existed without the countless people who gave their time and belief to bring it to life. To my friends michaelrubin and ratty for turning a vision into something real. And to foxsports, kevburkhardt , and gregolsen88, you gave this moment the stage it deserved. I couldn’t have asked for better partners. And to everyone at nfl that supported this, including Commissioner Goodell and his entire staff who worked tirelessly to make this become a real reality. And all the players who stepped outside of their comfort zone and tried something new in the spirit of competition and the love of the game. As well as the coaches and staff and everyone else who helped on game day to make us feel right at home! 

To the fans, you are the reason we do this. Your genuine love for this game is what pushes all of us to keep building something bigger.. even the Jets fans in attendance!😜😜. The bigger goal here is to get everyone to love the sport and enjoy the competition and the effortless skill of many of the world‘s best athletes displayed on the biggest stage. We took a step in the right direction.

And yes, losing to loganpaul is probably the best sign that it’s time to pass the torch…. Definitely time to hang it up old man 😂✅💯
