This fitness journey…what a joy! 💀 I don’t always look happy to be there (especially on the treadmill,) but gosh has this taught me something about discipline and consistency. To be honest, I have discovered a love for working out and especially lifting weights, that I hope becomes a lifelong habit. That’s the goal right? Life long habits over short term goals. Learning hard lessons about self discipline while getting stronger, healthier, and all those good things along the way. Being fit, having more confidence, energy, and all of those things improve every other aspect of your life. Oh, and muscles are fun…🤣💪🏼
