🎂 Leap Day 🐇

Today, we interview MIDN 2/C (Junior) Jessica Carothers, the only mid in the Brigade whose birthday is on Leap Day. The Brigade celebrated the Leap Year by looking into a loophole in the Commandant of Midshipmen’s commander’s intent, professionalism 24/7/365. As an additional 366th day of the year, the extra day was spent carrying out the normal tasks of the workday while in a more relaxed uniform.
