I wrote about the $1.6 trillion opportunity hiding in AI’s gender gap.

Women are 16% less likely to use AI at work. 

Among Gen Z, 71% of men use AI weekly vs. 59% of women. 

These are 40-year careers being shaped right now.

Every major technology shift follows the same pattern: men adopt faster, the gap compounds, women lose ground they never recover.

AI doesn’t have to repeat that cycle. 

But it will — unless someone builds for women by design.

That’s why I’m building ruthapp.ai.
