Here’s what I’d be doing if I were job searching in 2025:

🗣️Use LinkedIn’s new feature to search by skills and aspirations, not just titles.
🗣️Document your learning journey (what you’re exploring, building, questioning).
🗣️Use AI (even simple tools like ChatGPT or Claude) to clarify your story and post at least once a week.
🗣️Don’t chase the perfect role. Build visibility first. The right role will find you.

We’re living through the biggest career transition since the internet was invented.

AI wrappers are creating new jobs weekly.

People are skipping the resume and building credibility in public.

It’s scary…but it’s also full of potential.

When I got laid off, I went all in on posting on LinkedIn.

Not because I had it all figured out, but because I didn’t.

That honesty turned into opportunity.

This shift we’re in? It’s not temporary.

It’s the new foundation.

And I want more people to feel prepared, not left behind. 🤝
