The market has changed.

We are clearly in a buyer’s market: more inventory, price reductions, and buyers becoming increasingly aggressive in their negotiations.

👉 And the reality?
This is exactly the kind of market where the best opportunities are created.

But what I’m also seeing on the ground…
is a lack of experience in resale.

In resale, you need to understand the laws, properly structure clauses, anticipate risks… and most importantly, educate your clients.

On my end, this is something I take very seriously.

One of the things I’m most proud of today is the experience I’ve developed in resale, and especially my ability to secure transactions for my clients.

I continue to train regularly with AMPI to stay up to date, understand the legal landscape, and provide a solid, transparent, and professional experience.

Because at the end of the day…
this isn’t just a transaction.

It’s an important decision.
And it deserves to be done right.
