There’s never been a better time to bet on yourself.

When I got laid off last October, I had two choices:

1️⃣ Apply to more jobs and wait for someone to choose me

2️⃣ Or choose myself

I picked the latter.

And in just six months:

🙏I was featured in Fortune and CNBC 
🙏Spoke at universities like Cornell University and Pace University 
🙏Led workshops with incredible women
🙏Built a community that now inspires thousands

But what you didn’t see?

🧘‍♀️Nervous system regulation
🚶‍♀️Long walks, tears, meditations
😣The fear of posting when I didn’t feel “ready”
💪The stretching that comes with true expansion

LinkedIn wasn’t just a place to find a job, it became a place where I learned I could get paid to be myself.
