My annual vision boarding workshop for my clients took place last night but this year I also did it with friends ❤️✨👯‍♀️ 
It’s such a wholesome practice! 

As always we started with journalling, reflecting on the past year, moving into goal setting, vision board creation & finishing with a future self visualisation ✨✨✨
