I almost didn’t post this.

Not because I don’t have things to say — but because I didn’t feel like myself for a long time.

This year has been a mix of both the hardest moments and some genuinely amazing experiences.
And in a strange way, I know the good only came because of the hard.

But even with all of that, I’ve realised something important — confidence doesn’t come from memories or moments.
It comes from the small, boring, everyday habits and routines… & when those slip, so does your sense of self.

Instead of pretending I was fine or waiting to feel “ready” again, I’m starting where I actually am.

Honestly. Imperfectly. Human.

If you’ve felt a bit lost, disconnected, or like you’re trying to find your way back to you… I see you 🤍

I’m using January as a gentle reset — rebuilding my routines, my confidence and my spark — and I’m opening that space up for anyone who wants to do it alongside me.

No pressure.
No perfection.
Just showing up together.
