I’ve had 6 weeks off pole due to crushing my fingers in a pole fitness accident 😫 
I’ve lost so much strength and am still unable to grip properly but I’m determined to get back to and hopefully surpass my previous level 🤞🏻
Right now I’m focusing on low flow and intermediate moves but 6 weeks ago I was fairly advanced!
